Privacy Notice

Effective date: September 3, 2026

1. Who we are and what this notice covers

Preserva Therapy Group Inc., doing business as Preserva Institute (“Preserva,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates preservainstitute.com. This notice describes our handling of personal information collected through the website and related school inquiries, communications, and registration processes.

Our school offers Massage Therapy and Facial Specialist / Esthetician programs. Separate enrollment documents govern attendance and enrollment obligations. Continuing education and other transactions may have additional notices.

This notice does not replace any separate clinical or patient privacy notice applicable to a healthcare service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, program of interest, preferred schedule, referral source, messages, and communication preferences. Applications and registrations may request additional information identified in the relevant form.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive information in a general inquiry form.

Inquiry and communication records: submission dates, follow-up history, inquiry status, and preferences you communicate to us.

Website and advertising information: information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring pages, and interactions. When available, inquiry forms capture campaign parameters, the program landing page, and an advertising click identifier such as a Google Click ID (GCLID). These identifiers can link an inquiry to an advertising interaction even when they do not directly contain your name.

Transaction information: when you register or pay through an available service, we and our service providers process the information needed to handle the transaction. The relevant checkout or payment provider explains the payment information it collects.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to questions and provide requested program information.
  • Arrange tours, process registrations, and administer school services.
  • Communicate about inquiries, schedules, applications, and transactions.
  • Send promotional communications consistent with applicable requirements and your preferences.
  • Understand inquiry sources and improve our website and advertising.
  • Maintain records, protect our systems, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

We do not treat an inquiry submission, agreement to website terms, or SMS permission as blanket consent for unrelated advertising uses.

4. Service providers and other disclosures

We use providers that help deliver our services. These include Airtable for inquiry forms and records, Google services for email, analytics and advertising, and Twilio for text-message delivery.

Where offered, external application, registration, payment, or financing services process information needed for their functions. Embedded tools may receive technical information when they load, before you submit a form.

We share information with providers as needed for these purposes and subject to applicable requirements. A provider may also process information under its own terms and privacy notice, particularly when you visit its website or enter a separate transaction with it.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a business restructuring or transfer, subject to applicable safeguards. We may also disclose information at your direction.

5. Cookies and advertising measurement

Our Cookie Policy explains website analytics, advertising technologies, and available controls. Google describes its practices in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Our advertising and analytics providers may receive online identifiers and website interaction information through their tools. This is separate from information you enter in an inquiry form.

Contact us using the details below with questions or requests concerning advertising-related uses of your information. Where applicable law requires additional consent or opt-out mechanisms, those requirements are not replaced by this notice.

6. Communications and your choices

You may ask us to stop promotional emails by using an unsubscribe option provided in the message or contacting us.

For text messages, follow the opt-out instructions in the message, including replying STOP where supported, or contact us directly.

Opting out of promotions does not necessarily stop non-marketing communications needed to handle an active registration or transaction, where permitted.

Any permission requested for marketing text messages is separate from permission for optional advertising tracking. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing a program.

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw a previously given consent. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a copy, or appeal a decision.

We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained. We will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, considering the status of an inquiry or enrollment, legal recordkeeping requirements, dispute resolution, and security needs.

Different categories of records may have different retention periods. Contact us for information about retention of your records or to request deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Younger visitors

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through general inquiry forms. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it.

Prospective students under 18 should involve a parent or legal guardian. Program eligibility and any required parental authorization are governed by the applicable admissions requirements. This notice does not establish a different minimum admission age.

9. Service locations and changes

We are based in Florida. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Applicable safeguards and legal requirements govern those arrangements; merely visiting our website is not treated as a substitute for any legally required consent or transfer safeguards.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in practices or requirements. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
